Pleased with CBM

We are completely satisfied with the quality of both product and service of CBM. After spending several weeks looking for furniture both locally and online, we decided that their "line of patio furniture" was the best for us.Three weeks ago we ordered a Patio Table with six chairs from them and everything was delivered on time. After assembling the set, we found that one of the swivel chairs did not "seat" quite right (It leaned to one side). When we called Customer Service, they responded immediately. "Daniel" suggested that we first swap out the bases of the chairs with the seats and to call him back if that didn't remedy the problem. We did exactly that, but the one chair was still a bit askew. When we called Daniel back, once again, he reassured us `not to worry'; the company would send us another base. Within five days (as promised), the replacement base arrived and the new assembly was perfect. We now have a patio set we can enjoy for many years to come. Thank you, CBM, for your excellent customer support, and such a fine, affordable patio set.
